Discover the best of Loreto Bay in this gorgeous custom villa. The property has panoramic views to Nopolo beach and the mountain range, that can be enjoyed while having coffee on your terraces. This welcoming Mexican villa-inspired design with two bedrooms can accommodate up to six guests. You’ll want to spend most of your stay on the terraces of the villa, which have a great view, a barbecue and shaded outdoor dining/resting area. For entertainment there’s satellite TV, sound system and WI-FI, also you have access to the 3 community pools. The villa’s quarry tiled roof and olive green-colored walls are exposed outside while inside it is hacienda-inspired earth tones and tiled floors. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, opening to the patio and another one inside the house, giving a welcoming vibe, with granite countertops and backsplashes and a large range. Each of the three bedrooms in the villa has an en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and air conditioner. On the ground floor, the main bedroom has a king bed and sofa-bed, and the next-door bedroom has a queen and single bed, with access to the center garden. As you see from the photos, the beach is only steps away. If you’d like to take advantage of the Mexican sunshine to golf, you can go to our neighbor, golf course of 18 holes in Loreto Bay. There is also the option of Danzante Bay Golf, it’s only a 20minutes drive to the course.
